About Us

The Randolph County Partnership for Children, a non-profit organization, is the Smart Start affiliate for Randolph County and serves as our community’s lead organization in our county to plan, identify and fund programs and services for young children and their families.
We conduct research and facilitate county-wide and community specific planning.
We allocate and/or leverage funds to support programs that benefit young children ages birth-5 and their families.
We serve as a catalyst for bringing together diverse sectors and interests to help develop solutions.
We serve as the central source of information and technical assistance to improve the quality of child care in Randolph County.
We educate the community on the critical needs of young children and the importance of early education.
